Welcome to NoScratch Baby. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at noscratchbaby.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of our anti-scratch sleeves (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NoScratch Baby LLC is based in Everett, Washington. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NoScratch Baby LLC.

1. General Agreement

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Safety and Proper Use

Important Safety Information: Our anti-scratch sleeves are designed as a protective layer to prevent scratching.

  • Not a Medical Device: NoScratch Baby Products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.

  • Supervision: Products should be used as intended. We recommend regular inspection of the sleeves for wear and tear. If the Product becomes damaged, or if the front snap becomes loose, discontinue use immediately.

  • Irritation: If your child develops a rash or skin irritation while using the Product, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

We produce our anti-scratch sleeves in small, intentional batches.

  • Variations: Due to the small-batch nature of our manufacturing and the 47.5% Modal, 47.5% Cotton, and 5% Spandex blend, slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches.

  • Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and photography. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for all sales taxes associated with your order, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship all orders from our workshop in Everett, Washington.

  • Estimates: Shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from NoScratch Baby LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

6. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Because our Products are intended for infants and are worn directly against the skin, we must maintain a strict hygiene policy.

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns of unwashed, unworn Products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Products once the packaging has been opened.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a Product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design, is the property of NoScratch Baby LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Your use of the Site does not grant you any right to use our branding or media for commercial purposes without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoScratch Baby LLC and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or the use of our Products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
